The Second Annual John Green Day
(The Basements In Northampton) celebrated
the 35th anniversary of Bob Dylan's Basement Tapes. All that music and
all that enthusiasm became the backdrop of our day in Northampton.

One of the
highlights of the day was the performance by Julie Felix, which coincided with the release
of her long-awaited double CD of Dylan covers.
Tracks recorded for the new album included Visions of
Johanna, Masters Of War, Not Dark Yet
and Gates Of Eden. Guests in the studio during
recording included John Renbourn and P. J. Wright.
The album was recorded in September and October 2001 at
Attic Studios, Orkney, and the Blue Moon Studio in
Banbury.

Cold Overture (right) went down
a storm at the event. They're a group destined for greater
things - and are playing for us again in 2003. They are
pictured again (below) with C. P. Lee taking the vocals.
